Employees of Russian state institutions seconded to the "LDNR" will be charged double wages. This decision is stated in the decree of the Russian government.

According to the document, “employees of organizations and institutions subordinate to federal authorities will receive a double salary during their stay on business trips in the territories of the DPR and LPR and other territories that need to ensure the livelihoods of the population and restore infrastructure.” It is not specified which "other territories" are referred to.

In mid-June, it became known that students from the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University (NSPU) were offered to go on a business trip to the territories of Ukraine occupied by Russian troops.

A message appeared in NSPU student chats with a call to work "in the regions of Zaporozhye and Kherson." Teachers are required to "ensure the beginning of the school year, organize educational and educational work, work with children." They are promised 7,000 rubles per day, the preservation of their main job, as well as transfer and accommodation.
