Navalny’s team found real estate worth several billion rubles from the family of Deputy Shoigu

The children of Deputy Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu Ruslan Tsalikov established firms that they used to purchase expensive real estate. Investigators from the team of Alexei Navalny found property worth 1.1 billion rubles in them. They started buying real estate recently, during the war.

As the authors of the investigation found out, Tsalikov's daughters, 27-year-old Yulia and 25-year-old Liza, established the Tectum company. It is impossible to understand what a company does and owns from open data. Through this company, they bought a 264 sq. m in the Moscow business center "Crosswall Khamovniki" for 132 million rubles and several office premises at the address: Last lane, house 24 with a total cost of 85 million rubles.

Tsalikov's sons Daniel and Zaur own real estate in the same way as the sisters. With their company Dominus Zed, the brothers bought two land plots in the village of Krasnoye in Domodedovo. One, however, they have already managed to sell. Each plot has an area of almost a thousand acres and costs 260 million rubles.

The Tsalikovs also designed five premises for Dominus Zed at once with a total area of more than a thousand square meters in the Sugar factory business center (“Suga Factory”) on Zemlyanoy Val. They cost almost 400 million. Journalists note that the Tsalikovs began to buy real estate quite recently, right during the war.

At the same time, investigators note that the official salaries of Tsalikov's children do not allow them to buy such expensive real estate. Daniel got a job at the state corporation "Rostec" for a salary of 5 million per year, Zaur - in a company producing utility meters, for 2 million per year.

Earlier, Navalny's team had already found Tsalikov's estates on Rublyovka, the cost of which exceeds 3.5 billion rubles. Thus, in total, the family of the First Deputy Minister of Defense owns property worth almost 5 billion rubles.
