Chief freelance psychiatrist-narcologist of the Ministry of Health detained in Moscow on fraud case

Evgeny Bryun, chief freelance psychiatrist and narcologist of the Russian Ministry of Health, was detained in Moscow on a case of fraud. It is reported by RBC with reference to sources.

According to the Telegram channel "112", Brun's deputy, vice-president of the Russian Narcological League Vladimir Yakushev was also detained.

According to the channel, Bryun and Yakushev are suspected of organizing the purchase of tests and reagents by state institutions at inflated prices to determine drug addiction through a network of affiliated companies.

Now they are being interrogated by the Investigative Committee.
