Novosibirsk authorities asked businessmen to help the Russian military in Ukraine with socks, cookies and toilet paper

The administration of the Central District of Novosibirsk sent a letter to local entrepreneurs asking them to "consider the possibility of providing assistance to servicemen" of the 41st Army, which is fighting in Ukraine.

Officials are asking businessmen to buy socks, shorts, tea, toilet paper, bandages, sweets, cigarettes and more for the military. Almost everything is calculated in thousands of pieces and hundreds of kilograms.

The letter was prepared “in pursuance of a letter from the acting commander of the 41st Army, Colonel Oleg Korotkevich, to the mayor of Novosibirsk, Anatoly Lokt.” The authenticity of the document was confirmed by an independent deputy of the city council of Novosibirsk, Sergey Boyko, by calling the district administration.

At the end of May, it became known that employees of medical institutions of Bashkortostan were obliged to transfer part of their salaries to help residents of the city of Krasny Luch (“LPR”). The head of the administration of the head of Bashkortostan, Maxim Zabelin, ordered that samples of applications for "voluntary" transfer of salaries be sent to the heads of local medical districts. Cleaners had to enter the amount of 200 rubles, nurses - 500, doctors - 1000.

In March, employees of the Siberian State Transport University received similar instructions from the administration. Applications for them were drawn up in the same form as for the Bashkir medical workers.

Volunteers from Belgorod spoke about the fact that the Russian military in Ukraine is critically short of food and even the necessary equipment. They found on the territory of Ukraine two groups of conscripts who did not have hammers, axes, oil and chains for chainsaws, walkie-talkies, extension cords, thermal imagers, flares and even belts for machine guns.
