Danila Poperechny is being checked for discrediting the Russian army – SHOT

The police began checking the comedian Danila Poperechny for discrediting the Russian army. It is reported by SHOT.

As it became known, a certain Maxim Vasiliev wrote a statement against Poperechny in the police department for the Yaroslavl district of Moscow. Vasiliev complained that the comedian repeatedly spoke negatively about the “special operation” in Ukraine on his Instagram page.

Updated : after the publication of this news, Poperechny posted a video where he said that he was in Russia, did not discredit the Russian army and asked the special services to check the video in which he was dancing with a dog.

In March, Poperechny said in a video on his YouTube channel that he left Russia for security reasons. In it, he criticized the war in Ukraine and expressed sympathy for the Ukrainians. At the same time, the comedian noted that he would return to Russia in the near future. In Europe, he gave several concerts and promised to donate the proceeds to Ukraine. In June, Poperechny was noticed at the Russian premiere of the film "Young Man", where he plays along with Danila Kozlovsky.
