A resident of Volgograd was imprisoned for 7 days for a photo near the Eternal Flame

Alexei Serdyukov, a resident of Volgograd, was arrested for 7 days for a barefoot photograph at the Eternal Flame on Mamaev Kurgan, the joint press service of the regional courts writes . Serdyukov was charged with an article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

As told in court, on July 10, Serdyukov took off his shoes and sat down in an obscene pose. Volgograd himself pleaded guilty.

Answering questions from a police officer on camera, Serdyukov said that on that day he drank vodka in “not a weak amount, since he did this.”

Serdyukov was detained after the publication of his photo in the anonymous Telegram channel "Island of Freedom". Prior to this, the photo was on the avatar in Serdyukov's WhatsApp.
