On the eve of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov reported that the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems are already in Ukraine. “Thanks to my colleague and friend Lloyd J. Austin III for these powerful tools!” Reznikov wrote.
