The sailors' relatives claim that the ship is in need of repair and is not suitable for voyages. The letter says that now there are 49 conscripts from the cruiser Moskva on the ship. Many of them do not want to take part in hostilities again.

APU hit drilling platforms in the Black Sea

Russia wants to bypass financial sanctions through Kazakhstan
