Crime boss Pasha Tsvetomusyka was released and testifies in court in the case of the ex-deputy

Crime boss Vilor Struganov (Pasha Tsvetomuzyka) was released, although it was previously reported that his term ended only in 2024. Struganov was seen in court testifying in the case of ex-deputy of the Krasnoyarsk legislature, businessman Anatoly Bykov. Bykov's lawyer told about it.

“He was not in a prison uniform, but in ordinary civilian clothes, he came to court without an escort. Based on this, I can conclude that he is not currently serving a sentence of imprisonment. From which we can conclude that he was either released on parole, or the court changed the unserved part of the sentence to a softer one, ”said Prokhorov.

The prosecutor's office confirmed that Struganov did testify against Bykov on June 15. Bykov's lawyer clarified that Struganov did not confirm the version of the prosecution, but his words called into question the statements of another witness from the prosecutor's office:

“For us, I think it was a positive interrogation, because he did not say anything about Bykov's involvement. On the other hand, he reported two facts known to him, when our main witness for the prosecution, Zhivitsa, who is also the defendant, gave evidence that did not correspond to reality. The first time - in his criminal case, Struganov, the second time - in the case of Ismindirov on charges of murdering Artyushkov.

In 2015, the court found Struganov guilty of organizing the murder of 4 people. He received 18 years in prison, of which he was to spend only 8 years in a strict regime colony.

As Taiga-Info recalls , in the 1990s Struganov's organized crime group controlled markets and gas stations in one of the sleeping areas of Krasnoyarsk. Tsvetomuzika was a partner of Bykov, who headed the board of directors of the Krasnoyarsk Aluminum Plant.

Struganov also has convictions for theft, kidnapping and extortion (7 years, released on parole), terrorism and preparation for murder (9 years, also released on parole).
