The Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) hit the "Boyko towers". These are drilling platforms in the Black Sea, seized by Russia after the annexation of Crimea. Oleksiy Goncharenko, People's Deputy of Ukraine from European Solidarity, announced the blow.
“Our rocket men didn’t smoke near Zmeiny, but smoked at Boyko’s towers. The missile attack on the towers slightly interfered with gas production in the Ukrainian Black Sea by the Russians, ”he writes in his Telegram channel.

According to Olga Kovitidi, member of the Federation Council from Crimea, three platforms were damaged during the impact: “The gas was dumped from the pipes. Mining has been temporarily suspended. There were no catastrophic consequences that could have happened.”
The “head” of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov , said that a total of 109 people were on the drilling rigs during the strike, 21 of them have already been evacuated. According to him, the strongest blow fell on the first tower: “There were 12 people there, five of them were injured, the search for the rest continues.”
