The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow decided to arrest Svetlana Timofeeva in absentia in the case of illegally obtaining information related to state secrets. Timofeeva is known as blogger Lana Sator, she shoots abandoned buildings, bomb shelters and military installations for Instagram . In Russia, she is charged under paragraph "a" of part 2 of Article 283.1 of the Criminal Code, RBC reports with reference to the press service of the court.

Now Timofeeva is under arrest in Albania. On August 20, The Insider reported that she was detained along with Russian citizen Mikhail Zorin and Ukrainian Fyodor Alpatov. Zorin photographed the arms factory and, according to the Albanian Ministry of Defense, tried to enter its territory. Two officers tried to prevent this, but a neuroparalytic spray was used against them.

Timofeeva wrote in her blog that her activities were not sponsored by any foreign intelligence service. She pays for the money for tickets, travel and equipment for shooting herself. According to Svetlana, she has been doing photography for 15 years.
