The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law banning Russian music in the media and public places. This was stated by the deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
The law on “restricting the public use of the musical product of the aggressor state” was signed by 303 deputies. The law concerns the display of "phonograms, videograms and music videos".
