This was stated by the head of the Nikolaev OVA Vitaly Kim following a meeting with the Minister of Development and Cooperation of the Nordic countries of Denmark Flemming Meller Mortensen.

It was also attended by the chairman of the Nikolaev regional council Anna Zamazeeva and the Nikolaev mayor Alexander Senkevich. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
