The Important Stories publication has identified the names of Russian soldiers involved in the killings of local residents in the village of Andreevka in the Kiev region, which was under the occupation of the Russian military from late February to April. At the same time, one of the servicemen confessed to his crimes during a conversation with a journalist.
Retreating, the Russian military left not only hundreds of looted houses in the village, but also 25 photographs taken with a stolen phone of a local resident. It was they who helped to establish their identity. Their names are Daniil Frolkin, Dmitry Danilov, Ruslan Glotov, Ivan Shepelenko, according to the publication.
One of them, Daniil Frolkin, gave a detailed interview to Important Stories, explaining that he was telling the truth for the sake of the “boys” who, after many months of business trips, they want to send back to fight on the front lines: “Our boys will be spared, they will be taken out because of me purely. It is better to destroy one life than to destroy the lives of 200-300 people.”
In the first conversation with a journalist, Frolkin confirmed that the Russian military was engaged in looting. According to him, the deputy commander for logistics, Colonel Vyacheslav Klobukov, especially distinguished himself in this: “He fucked refrigerators in stores. Then they found stores with sneakers, with all kinds of clothes - this was also all taken out. The trucks were taken out. When we arrived in Belarus, I saw these two trucks.”
This was followed by official recognition:
"I, a soldier of military unit 51460, guard corporal, Frolkin Daniil Andreevich, confess to all the crimes that I committed in Andreevka, to shooting the civilian population, robbing the civilian population, confiscating their phones and that our command is in x ** does not put our fighters, all the infantry that fights on the front line, on the front line. And after that, I want to say: take measures to punish the commanders - Omurbekov Azatbek Asanbekovich, guard colonel, guard lieutenant colonel Dmitrenko, deputy commander of our brigade Colonel Klobukov, and intelligence chief Lieutenant Colonel Romanenko. He was in charge of intelligence, which f***ing conducted reconnaissance and led our people to their deaths. Also, the deputy commander of the brigade, Lieutenant Colonel Prokurat, gave the order to shoot.”
Frolkin stated that the brigade command "does not consider ordinary soldiers to be people." According to him, Colonel Azatbek Omurbekov passed on false information to the command about the non-existent successes of the brigade. Throughout the occupation of Andreevka, according to the soldier, the commander "sat in the basement of the school," where the headquarters was located.
When asked by the journalist to clarify what Frolkin meant when he spoke of “executions of the civilian population,” the military man admitted that in March the commanders asked him and several other privates to accompany them to a search of the houses of three residents of Andreevka, who had been robbed and then ordered to “let them in.” at expense."
Frolkin killed one of them, he is sure that the man he killed gave the coordinates of the columns of the Russian army:
“I tell him: “Go ahead.” He goes ahead. I tell him: "On your knees." And just a bullet in the forehead <clause, meaning “in the back of the head”> Then I was shaking for a very long time. I killed one, but I wanted to save as many people as possible.”
