In the work of the Russian services "Yandex Go", Uber, "Citymobil", "Lucky" and "Maxim" there was a failure. Users complain that they have not been able to order a car for more than an hour. The problem is observed in Moscow, Voronezh, Krasnodar, Dagestan, the Rostov region and Bashkiria.
When you try to order a taxi, the inscriptions appear: "Failed to complete the operation", "There was a connection error, but the search for a taxi continues" or "Unknown error". At the same time, taxi drivers themselves cannot take the order.
In "Yandex Go" confirmed the failure. The company told Rise that they were “working to eliminate the difficulties”:
“A number of users are having difficulty accessing a taxi order. Our specialists are working to eliminate the difficulties.”
Earlier, a link to a site with leaked information about Yandex.Food users appeared on the network. Among the leaked data are names, phone numbers and addresses (more than 58 thousand in total). The leak itself occurred on March 1, later it was visualized and posted in the public domain. Then the merged database was entered by Roskomnadzor into the register of violators of the rights of subjects of personal data, access to it is limited. Users filed a class action lawsuit against the service due to the leakage of personal data, the applicants demand moral compensation in the amount of 100 thousand rubles for each.
