Carpenter and blogger from Petrozavodsk Sergey Filenko paid a fine for discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) with five thousand banknotes, which he signed with anti-war slogans. He spoke about this on Facebook.

“I have been a carpenter for many years. It is natural for the builder to resist the absolute evil of aggressive war. Yes, not only to the builder - to any person. Attitude towards war is a litmus test of ethics after February 24,” Filenko explains his civic position.

On June 23, he was fined for an anti-war picket. Then, at the end of the meeting, he scattered 324 glass balls in front of the judge - the number of Ukrainian children who died because of the war.

The writer reminded judge Irina Kuznetsova of Article 29 of the Constitution, which guarantees the right to express one's opinion, and also stated that the concept of "discredit" in the law is not deciphered, and compared the repressive laws of Russia with the laws of the Third Reich.

Paying a fine of 30 thousand rubles, the carpenter marked each bill. He left on the money the inscriptions “No to war!”, “I forbid spending on war!”, “I forbid Putin’s lackeys to spend on war”, “Not a penny for war and Putin. I allow you to spend on good deeds” and others.

This is not the first fine of Sergei Filenko for discrediting the army. A similar one was appointed to him on April 20. Then he basically refused to pay it.
