Ukrainian journalist Denis Kazansky published a video in which the head of the occupation administration of the Kirovsky district of Donetsk, Yuriy Budrin, communicates with local residents. They ask him to install a water well.

"Get yourself a well. What are you hooking me with this well? I paid, and with water. You pay too. You didn’t give a fuck about me, ”the official answers them.

It is noteworthy that all the time of the conversation, Budrin's interlocutor offers to pay herself. She says that the locals are ready to do it together, but the official does not pay attention to this.

After the video was published, the "head of the DPR" Denis Pushilin said that the representatives of the "administration" would be fired. At the same time, according to him, on the published video, it is not Budrin who communicates with Donetsk residents, but “deputy head” of the Kirovsky district administration Viktor Antonyuk and “organizational department inspector” Sergey Karpichkov. Pushilin promised Budrin "to issue a severe reprimand."

In 2015, the Defense of Mariupol public movement published the confession of Mikhail Shishko, deputy head of the occupation administration of the Kirovsky district of Donetsk. It says that the official sharply criticizes Budrin.

“All the activities of this henchman of terrorist groups are characterized as complete profanation and inability to organize the work of the institution,” wrote Defense of Mariupol.
