A man in Izhevsk threw two Molotov cocktails into the building of police department No. 2; during his arrest, he stabbed two PPS officers who arrived at the scene. The report says that after warning shots, the police used service weapons, the attacker was wounded and taken to a medical facility. The stabbed police officers were also taken to the hospital.

According to the publication, the man approached the building, took Molotov cocktails from his backpack and managed to throw four Molotov cocktails (later four more Molotov cocktails were found in the backpack). The fire that started was soon extinguished. Employees of the PPS tried to detain the man, he took out a knife and began to strike. As a result, law enforcement officers opened fire to kill. Telegram channel "112" reports that the attacker was shot eight times. Law enforcement officers and the man were hospitalized, one of the police officers was in serious condition.

The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a case under the article on encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer. In the regional head office of the TFR, they told Rise that they could not say anything about the motives of the attacker, now the investigation is underway.

On suspicion of involvement in this shooting, the security forces detained a resident of Angarsk Maxim Smolin.

The first arson of a military registration and enlistment office during the war took place in Lukhovitsy, Moscow Region. There, on February 28, a 21-year-old local resident broke windows in the building and threw Molotov cocktail bottles inside. In addition, the gates of the military commissariat were painted in the colors of the Ukrainian flag, and “a provocative record was left about the special operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” the media wrote. The suspect was detained on March 8, and on the 13th he managed to escape from the police station. In the evening of the same day he was detained again. A criminal case was initiated against a local resident under Art. 214 of the Criminal Code (vandalism). He faces a sentence of three years in prison.

There were similar attempts to set military enlistment offices on fire in Omsk , Balashikha, Yaroslavl, Nizhnevartovsk , Voronezh, Berezovsky, Shuya, Gukovo, Volgograd , the settlements of Zubova Polyana in Mordovia and Pronsk in the Ryazan region. In Penza and Ivanovo, unused buildings were burning, in which the commissariats were located in the past. On the night of May 8, in Cherepovets, two 16-year-olds threw Molotov cocktails into the building of the military enlistment office. The suspects were later arrested.
