Russia has developed a training manual for its agitators in the occupied territories – Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine

The Russian authorities have developed a manual for their agitators working in the occupied territories of Ukraine. This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to the department, the training manuals were created in order to convince the civilian population that the Russians are “not marauders and murderers.” The preamble states that "the document is distributed exclusively among instructors affiliated with the leadership of United Russia, and cannot be transferred to third parties for familiarization." Also, according to the manual, "United Russia" is the only body in charge of the work of the occupation administrations.

The main part of the document is prepared answers to common questions of civilians. For example, to the question “Does Zelensky really hate us?” you need to answer: "Zelensky does not decide anything, everything is decided by his curators from the United States." When asked whether it is calm in Crimea, “Yes, thanks to the Russian army, the Crimeans have not known the sounds of gunshots for a long time.”

Also, according to the manual, the occupying "authorities" can collect material resources from civilians in Ukraine. The collection of food and medicine, even hermetically sealed, is prohibited due to the increasing cases of poisoning.
