Olga Romanova: Prisoners in the Mordovian colony are forced to donate money to the “DPR”

In the village of Udarny in Mordovia, prisoners of IK-4 were forced to write a statement asking them to withdraw 500 rubles from their personal accounts to donate to the “DPR”. This was announced by the head of the charitable foundation for helping convicts and their families "Rus Sitting" Olga Romanova in her Telegram channel.

She stressed that 500 rubles for a prisoner is a lot of money.

“For some, this is half of the monthly salary, and for some, it’s all. Vaughn Navalny writes that he has a huge salary, as much as 5 thousand rubles, and this is true. Usually ten people work at such a rate, and they work hard, and one is issued. Hence the salaries are so rich, ”Romanova wrote.

In 2018, the public association "Human Rights Defenders of the Urals" interviewed the prisoners of the Mordovian IK-4 and confirmed the information about mass beatings in the institution.
