In Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, there were problems with electricity, water supply and mobile communications

Zaporozhye and Kherson regions are partially de-energized. Volodymyr Rogov, a member of the main council of the "administration" of the Zaporozhye region , reported on the situation in Melitopol. The deputy head of the military-civilian "administration" of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov,announced the same problem in Kherson and other settlements.

In addition, water supply stopped in Kherson and there were interruptions in mobile communications after the region was de-energized.

As reported by the "authorities" of Energodar, in the Zaporozhye region, the security system worked at the nuclear power plant and a reconnection took place. In this regard, there was a power outage in the territories of the region occupied by Russia.

Earlier, the mayor of Energodar, Dmitry Orlov, also reported on the shelling of the city by Russian troops, as a result of which the settlement was left without water and electricity. He stressed that Energodar "once again found itself on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe." The Russian authorities, in turn, claim that a short circuit in the network and a blackout in the Zaporozhye region occurred due to shelling of Energodar by Ukrainian troops.
