Candidate for municipal deputies Anna Shatunovskaya-Byurno filed a protocol on the demonstration of extremist symbols

In Moscow, Anna Shatunovskaya-Byurno, a candidate for municipal deputies in the Yakimanka district, was issued a protocol on the demonstration of extremist symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by "OVD-Info" with reference to the lawyer Evgenia Grigorieva.

The protocol was drawn up because of the fast with the call of Archpriest Alexei Uminsky for mercy towards Alexei Navalny. The publication contained an image with the letter "H", Navalny's sign. The post has since been removed. But an employee of Detsky Mir named Kharitonova complained about him, who turned out to have a notarized screenshot of the post.

The article on the demonstration of extremist symbols (20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) is the basis for removal from the elections. On August 24, candidate for municipal deputies Nikolai Kasyan and municipal deputy Tatyana Kasimova were detained in Moscow under this article. Earlier, similar charges were brought against candidates Marina Litvinovich, Mikhail Menshikov and Vadim Korovin.
