In the morning, Russian troops again shelled Kharkov and the Donetsk region. This was reported by the heads of regional administrations Pavel Kirilenko and Oleg Sinegubov .

At least 5 rocket attacks were recorded in Kharkiv around 6 am. In the Kievsky district of the city, a rocket hit a university, in Nemyshlyansky - in the building of a civil enterprise, and in Osnovyansky - in two private houses. So far, only one dead is known - a 52-year-old woman. She worked as a security guard at an educational institution.

In the Donetsk region, 5 civilians were killed: 2 in Avdiivka, 1 in Druzhba, 1 in Zelenopolye and 1 in Pervomaisky. 10 citizens were injured. Kirilenko also added that at the moment it is impossible to establish the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

Also, the head of the administration of the Sumy region, Dmitry Zhivitsky , announced the beginning of the shelling of the region from mortars this morning. In the Belopolsky district, 10 strikes were recorded, and in the Krasnopolsky district, Russian troops inflicted 4 strikes. There are no victims.

Earlier it was reported about the shelling of two Kharkov hostels, as a result of which 17 people were killed and 42 injured. Among the dead was an 11-year-old boy. According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, they housed foreign mercenaries.
