Anacondaz is rescheduling all 2022 concerts in Russia due to government pressure. Musicians sued over disruption of performances

Anacondaz has announced the postponement of all concerts in Russia scheduled for 2022. According to the statement of the musicians, the reason was the pressure of the authorities on the organizers and concert venues.

The musicians emphasize that the purchased tickets will be valid and there is no need to change them.

The report of Anacondaz also refers to the beginning of a trial due to disrupted concerts in Yekaterinburg and Perm. The human rights group "Agora" helps the musicians with this.

In early July, an unofficial "list of banned artists" appeared in Russia, which is distributed in the chat rooms of concert promoters. It included "Porn Films" and 36 more groups and performers, including "DDT", Zemfira, Noize MC, Oxxxymiron, Monetochka, "Aquarium", Valery Meladze, Anacondaz, "Krovostok" and others.

On July 22, the Ministry of Internal Affairs disrupted the Anacondaz concert in Yekaterinburg two hours before the start. “Hello, Yekaterinburg, and bye. The concert today is canceled at the request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. We can then challenge this in the prosecutor's office or in some other fabulous instances. And today there will be no concert, ”the soloist of the group Artem Khorev announced from the stage.

Prior to this, the group did not perform at the "Fly away" festival in Udmurtia, and the "Change" festival in Yekaterinburg, where Anacondaz was planned to participate, was also canceled.
