“At about 8 pm Nikolaev was fired upon. In one of the districts, a rocket exploded near a residential building. We find out the consequences. So far, one wounded is known.
The mayor issued an air raid alert several times a day. A video of the smoke following the explosions has been posted online.
Earlier, Russia again shelled the cities of Ukraine, Kharkov, Nikolaev and Nikopol were under shelling. As a result of rocket attacks on Nikolaev on August 6, two people were seriously injured and residential buildings were damaged, said Vitaly Kim, head of the UVA.
