Specialists from the UN and the Red Cross were never allowed into Yelenovka. But they brought Steven Seagal, propagandists and experts from the DPRK

Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov announced the visit of the American actor on August 9. He stated that Seagal was shown "fragments of American missiles, which confirm the involvement of Kyiv in the massacre of its own military."

Solovyov also posted a video with Seagal from the scene of the explosion. According to the actor, everything points to the fact that it was Ukrainian forces who attacked the Russian-controlled POW camp. “One of the Nazis killed is a Nazi who just started talking a lot about Zelensky and that Zelensky was responsible for the torture order,” Segal says. “Zelensky was involved in crimes against humanity. I wonder if that's why this guy was shot and killed?

Seagal received Russian citizenship in November 2016. On August 4, 2018, it became known that he was appointed Special Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry for Russian-American humanitarian relations. At the same time, it was reported that Seagal could be issued a Russian diplomatic passport. In September 2018, Seagal expressed a desire to become the governor of Primorsky Krai.

On the same day, August 9, the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party Leonid Slutsky also visited the colony in Yelenovka. Along with him, according to him, came "a team of objective international experts" from Nicaragua and North Korea.

“Today we have a particularly representative team of objective international experts from a number of primarily European countries, as well as representatives of Nicaragua, North Korea — almost all continents are in Yelenovka today,” Slutsky said in his Telegram channel.

According to him, in addition to representatives of North Korea and Nicaragua, the group included journalists and analysts from France, Italy, Germany and Serbia. “The international expert pool was able to see firsthand all the destruction and talk with eyewitnesses, including prisoners who survived after the missile attack,” Slutsky said.

On May 17, Leonid Slutsky, during a plenary session , spoke in favor of lifting the moratorium on the death penalty for "Nazi criminals." In his opinion, an exception can be made in the law, since they deserve such severe punishment.
Earlier, the Alexei Navalny Anti-Corruption Foundation discovered a penthouse worth about 400 million rubles, owned by Slutsky's wife Lydia Lyskova (more on this here ).
In 2018, the Dozhd TV channel spoke about Slutsky's sexual harassment against several journalists accredited in parliament. The State Duma Ethics Committee considered the complaint of the journalists and decided that Slutsky was innocent, and the accusations against him were unfounded and planned. A number of Russian publications, in protest, declared a boycott against Slutsky and stopped covering his activities in the State Duma. On social networks, the nickname “hare” stuck to deputy Slutsky - this is how, according to the stories of one of the journalists, he addressed her during harassment in his office. Slutsky himself denied all charges.

Also in Elenovka, together with the NTV film crew, the French author of the fake about Bucha, Andrian Boke, visited . On NTV, he was introduced as follows: “One of the few foreign journalists who tell the world the truth about what is happening in the Donbass is an independent reporter from France, Adrian Boke. He visited Yelenovka and saw with his own eyes what was left of the pre-trial detention center after the shelling by American HIMARS, and also talked with captured militants of the banned Azov group.

Boke called the collapsed roof of the building, where the prisoners of war died, evidence of an artillery strike from outside. The fact that, if set on fire from the inside, it could also fail, he was not embarrassed. Read more about this in The Insider anti-fake.

Boke is known for his loud statement that he saw with his own eyes how a fake video was being filmed in Bucha about the consequences of the crimes of the Russian invaders, although the information of the border guards proves that he could not have been in Bucha in those days.

The explosion in the colony in Yelenovka occurred on July 29. 53 people died, 130 were injured. The so-called “DNR” authorities blamed him on the Ukrainian side. A few hours after the explosion, the pro-Kremlin RIA Novosti published a video that allegedly showed fragments of a HIMARS projectile used by Ukraine at the site of the explosion.

The Ukrainian side said that Russia staged a terrorist attack in a prison for Ukrainian prisoners of war in order to prevent the supply of Western precision weapons. This was stated by the chairman of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR MOU) Andriy Yusov.

“From the first reports of the use and deliberate shelling of HIMARS precision weapons, it was a special operation against the supply of Western precision weapons to Ukraine. It was a special operation to destabilize Ukrainian society and demoralize Ukrainian prisoners of war,” he said on the air of the telethon.
