The former head of Rosnano and Vladimir Putin's ex-representative for sustainable development in international organizations, Anatoly Chubais, was admitted to the intensive care unit of one of the European clinics with a diagnosis of Guillain-Barré syndrome. In some people, these symptoms can lead to paralysis of the legs, arms, or facial muscles.
