Russia fired Hurricanes on the city of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region of Ukraine four times in a day, killing at least three people and wounding three. This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration (OVA) Pavel Kirilenko in the Telegram channel.

According to him, six apartment buildings and six private houses were also damaged. According to preliminary information, the Russians used cluster munitions, Kirilenko said.

Propaganda channels confirm a series of powerful strikes, but claim that the strikes were carried out "on the objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Artemovsk (Bakhmut)".

On July 14, the Ukrainian authorities reported an attack on the center of Vinnitsa by Russian Caliber cruise missiles launched from a submarine in the Black Sea.
