Russia and Ukraine signed an agreement on the export of grain from blocked ports

Russia and Ukraine, through the mediation of the UN and Turkey, have agreed to export grain from blocked ports. The agreement provides for export from the ports of Odessa, Chernomorsk and Yuzhny. The document was signed in Istanbul by representatives of Turkey, Ukraine, Russia and the UN. From Kyiv, the agreement was signed by Minister of Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov. Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu signed on behalf of Russia, and Defense Minister Hulusi Akar signed on behalf of Turkey.

The implementation of the agreement will be monitored by a joint coordination center.
