In an interview with The Insider, adviser to the head of the Kherson OVA, Serhiy Khlan, said that panic had begun in the occupation “government” after successful attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian facilities.
Panic is taking place throughout the Kherson region among the traitors (or, as we call them, collaborators) - the “government”, which includes Saldo , Bulyuk , Stremousov and the FSB officers appointed by Moscow ... The destruction of the military base of the RF Armed Forces in Kherson was the starting point for the panic of the occupiers: in fact, in the center of Kherson, the barracks of the Russian Guards with management, with their headquarters were destroyed. The evacuation of all collaborators and FSB officers from the building of the regional administration began as a matter of urgency.
The last week was accompanied by very tough, clear and targeted destruction of Russian warehouses throughout the region. A lot of warehouses were destroyed in the area of New Kakhovka. One of the first strikes destroyed more than a thousand tons of multiple rocket launchers, in this place the detonation was all day. Other point hits destroyed warehouses in areas absolutely throughout the region. The invaders hoped that they would move to the left bank and there they would be able to concentrate their warehouses and military equipment, but this hope collapsed in them, and panic set in. The first appearance of Saldo in public happened only this morning after a week-long absence - after the missile strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Antonovsky Bridge . Our armed forces are destroying the rear of the enemy, it is no longer possible for them to hide, our artillery is quite successfully destroying their field depots. Therefore, the confidence of Russians that "Russia is here forever" remained only on propaganda billboards, now it's just panic.
In mid-July, it was reported that 150 people were killed as a result of a UAF strike on a Russian military base in Nova Kakhovka. According to the representative of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Sergei Bratchuk, among the dead were a general and 5 officers:
“After HIMARS missiles hit the headquarters in the Kherson region, the chief of staff of the 22nd Army Corps of the RF Armed Forces (military unit 73954, Simferopol), Major General Nasibulin, died. Colonel Kens, whose death we reported yesterday, also died there. And besides him - the commander of the 20th motorized rifle division (military unit 22220, Volgograd), Colonel Andrey Gorobets, the head of the operational department of the headquarters of the 20th motorized rifle division, Lieutenant Colonel Koval, the head of artillery of the 20th Motorized Rifle Division, Lieutenant Colonel Gordeev.
