Interfax, TASS and RBC censored the words of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell about the Russian war crime. The Agency drew attention to this.

Borrell commented on the situation with grain blocking in the ports of the Black and Azov Seas. His words are reported by Reuters:

“It is unimaginable that millions of tons of wheat remain blocked in Ukraine while people in the rest of the world suffer from hunger. This is a real war crime."

This is how Borrell was "quoted" by TASS: "I hope for the result of negotiations under the auspices of the UN on the export of Ukrainian grain [by sea]."

Interfax gave an extended quote but omitted the part about the war crime: "It is impossible to imagine that millions of tons of grain remain blocked in Ukraine while the rest of the world suffers from famine." In an indirect speech, the publication notes that Borrell "does not think that this situation can last for a long time."

In RBC's wording, the diplomat "warned of the 'risk of a big famine' and urged Moscow to unblock the ports." The introductory paragraph of the news also mentions the opposite position of the Russian authorities, who blame the West for the famine. The publication omitted the part about the war crime.
